In each matter we verify or secure authority to serve, diligently execute service, immediately notify your firm via email or phone, and follow up with compliant affidavits of service which are promptly forwarded to the firm or filed with the appropriate jurisdiction as requested. We also facilitate formal or informal international service of process including service under the Hague Treaty.
